About 570 Lolita Gdns — Park 570 Condos
Craftsman-style architecture and a mid-rise stature allow the Park 570 Condos to stand out in Mississauga’s mounting sea of soaring glass towers. Built back in 2013 by Vandyk, the Mississauga Valley condo reaches to just 4 storeys and contains 180 homes.
While the more intimate scale of the building means there isn’t much room for amenities, residents can still entertain guests in the party room or up on the rooftop terrace. Plus, the building is equipped with visitor parking as well as a gym.
The Suites
Outfitted with one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, and two plus den suites that range from around 500 to 1,150 square feet, 570 Lolita Gardens is ideal for small families, couples, and single residents.
While these homes aren’t enormously sized, they do happen to be thoughtfully designed. For example, condo seekers can expect to find open concept kitchens with breakfast bars, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances at 570 Lolita. As for private outdoor space, residents have access to either balconies or ground-level patios, all of which are equipped with gas hookups for barbecues.
The Neighbourhood
The Mississauga Valley neighbourhood sits just southeast of Mississauga’s downtown core, and as the name suggests it’s filled with plenty of green spaces for residents to explore. Between Brentwood Park,McKenzie Park, Cedarbrae Park, and Stonebrook Park, there’s no shortage of picnic spots in this neighbourhood. On days when the weather chooses not to cooperate, though, residents can visit any of the indoor attractions in the City Centre, such as Playdium Amusement Centre, Cineplex Cinemas, or Square One Shopping Centre.
Residents also have plenty of choice when it comes time to stocking up on groceries: they can grab Indian imports from Patel Brothers, Korean goods from PAT Supermarket, and inexpensive staples at Dino’s No Frills, all of which are within close reach of 570 Lolita.
Transportation
The Park 570 Condos is about equidistant from two major highways: the 403 and the QEW. The former is useful for drivers heading up to the 401, while the latter can be used to reach Etobicoke, and eventually downtown Toronto via the Gardiner Expressway.
As for residents who prefer not to drive, it helps having the Dixie and Cooksville GO Stations so close at hand. There’s also the option to hop onto the 1 or the 101 MiWay bus, both of which stop right outside the building before making their way toward Islington Station on Toronto’s Bloor-Danforth TTC line.
