    830 Lawrence Ave w was developed by Lanterra, following the success of Treviso Condos, and this project was followed by Residenze Palazzo Treviso III; this condo community includes a large green space that was specifically constructed for condo residents.

    Residents of this building have access to relaxing amenities including a pool, steam rooms, a gym, a billiards room, a lounge, a shared rooftop deck, and private parking.     Treviso II and its Italian architecture is a nod to the Glen Park neighbourhood which has long been a popular area for Italian families, dating back to the 1950s when many of the homes in the area were constructed. 830 Lawrence Ave W is situated directly across the street from the Columbus Centre; a community centre housing a swimming pool, an art gallery, a large fitness centre, an event centre, and more.

    The Dufferin and Lawrence Ave West intersection is one of the busiest in the area and serves as an anchor for much of business development in the Glen Park neighbourhood. Condo residents are less than a 10 minute walk from Lawrence Allen Centre, the region's shopping mall; residents will find many of the big box stores they know and love and a number of well-known clothing boutiques.     830 Lawrence Ave W is an excellent choice for families with young children as there are several schools in the immediate area in the Public and Catholic boards, and at all academic levels. Glen Long Community Centre is nearby and has a skating rink and basketball courts, and there are daycares and medical facilities close to the condo.

    Transportation

    Treviso II is a pedestrian friendly building with convenient shops located all around. Residents can easily accomplish grocery runs on foot thanks to Yours Truly Meat Co around the corner, the Fortinos on Lawrence, and the Lady York Foods on Dufferin. And with salons, a pharmacy, and banks close-by, there’s rarely a need to shop outside of the neighbourhood for the essentials.

    Those who commute daily via public transit have several bus routes passing by outside of the building and quick connections to Lawrence West Subway Station. In fact, residents can avoid the bus altogether and simply walk to the station in less than 15 minutes.

    Car owners might choose to drive for their morning commute; the nearest on-ramp for the 401 is only a 5 minute drive from the building, enabling swift travel to the Don Valley Parkway or QEW. Residents can arrive downtown in roughly 30 minutes, traffic permitting.
